We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory & Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards within our hospice and home care organization. The Regulatory & Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs and initiatives to safeguard our organization’s integrity and reputation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations governing hospice and home care services.
• Conduct and oversee regular compliance audits and assessments to identify potential areas of risk and non-compliance.
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to address compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Provide training and education to staff members on compliance policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Monitor changes in healthcare laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
• Investigate and respond to compliance concerns, allegations, or violations, and implement appropriate disciplinary actions if necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities and investigations.
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and regulatory agencies during audits, inspections, and inquiries.
• Keep senior management informed of compliance status, risks, and emerging trends.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, and/or quality improvement strongly preferred, preferably in hospice and home care settings.

Pay Range:
$120K - $150K annually
